Narci, Fable Singer is an incredibly cool Commander to me for a variety of reasons. But I want to focus on just one:

The fairly unique, quasi-Aristocrats style she wants to utilize as an Enchantress deck.

Obviously, this is still an Enchantress deck. The bulk of the list tries to embody that. Tons of effects to make my Enchantments cheaper, to draw me cards and offer me other benefits when I play Enchantments, a decently-sized package of Enchantment-based removal options to make use of those first two things, and non-Enchantment removal options because going too all-in with Enchantments feels like a good way to eat a Bane of Progress or Back to Nature.

But I included various other Enchantments that can sacrifice themselves for Narci's card draw - Seal of Doom, Seal of Primordium, and Seal of Cleansing as removal options, for example, or others like Out of Time that have Vanishing and will sacrifice themselves at the end of their countdown. Obviously, unlike my suite of Sagas, they don't also trigger Narci's lovely life drain effect, but that's fine. I wanted a variety of ways to beat my opponents, and a bevy of Saga-generated Tokens backed up by Destiny Spinner turning my lands into beefy bodies, or trampling in with a Nyxborn Behemoth are all real solid plans of attack. Narci's Saga-based life drain becomes a backup plan in this scenario.

There's also the potential of hitting a big Open the Vaults or Triumphant Reckoning while I have Narci, Fable Singer and Barbara Wright on the field to Read Ahead, straight to the end of a graveyard full of Sagas and some massive life drain.
