This deck is designed to not break your bank and to break your opponents.

It should be noted that this deck runs considerably fewer lands than most EDH decks. This is because you really want Narset out on turn 4. That, combined with the fact that rocks are synergistic with her ability, led me to replace many lands with rocks.
