The basic premise of this deck is to slow down your opponents and then make them salty by playing a wrath effect (oh no it's commander don't do that). But you don't care what they think. Because you are playing blue. Then you take like 6 extra turns and kill them with a two drop (Young Pyromancer).

Although it may seem like this deck can't finish, it does surprisingly well with the man-lands and Bonehoard, which can get pretty darn big in multiplayer games.

This deck is not complete, it's just the version that I have currently, and you can knock the price down below $100 without losing much of the consistency. (Taking out fetches + other expensive lands)

P.S.

This deck is meant for casual play. To make this deck more competitive, win conditions usually end up being combos like Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Restoration Angel , but I personally feel that combos are not as fun for the whole group as getting hit by Narset equipped with a Bonehoard.
