Narset deck that is heavily built around Goblin Charbelcher. The idea is to get Goblin Charbelcher on the field as fast as possible and activate it for massive damage. If tutoring isn't cutting it, you can clone Narset to dig through your deck faster. Another win con is Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter to gain infinite storm (and mana) and then cast Grapeshot for lethal. Staff of Domination can be used to draw through your entire deck and Mind's Desire allows you to play your entire deck. Narset was chosen as commander for 2 reasons: 1) she would allow me to run substantial amounts of artifact tutoring and 2) I could use her to dig through the deck quickly even if I lost my artifact ramp to a board wipe.
