The last thing I was planning was to do use Narset, since I was determined to use Lukka, but lo and behold, we pulled out a Narset card right out of the packs from a Bundle box. It was almost "building itself, so here it goes. Except for the mana base, Ikoria cards are mostly from a one shot "draft", with additional cards used to balance and "focus" the deck, letting white be white, blue be blue and red, well, you get the idea!
