This is my favorite deck I have, it is by far the deck I have put the most money into. My Narset deck is ever-changing and will be updated as such. The main way to achieve victory with this deck is to abuse Narset's ability to take extra combat steps and extra turns to kill every one with commander damage, voltronning Narset up in the process. Another way to win is by using your planeswalkers, also be sure to tutor up Long-Term Plans and hardcast it to find an Omniscience for one of your Narset reveals, this will put the game in your favor tenfold, for the most part, and you will generally win the game after this happens. Narset is a strong commander but easily shut down, therefore you will want to have mostly lands and mana rocks in your opening hand to get her out as quick as possible before your opponents have a chance to mess you up. Narset has hexproof so she is very hard to deal with once she hits the field, in addition to getting her out as fast as possible you will also want to give her haste by using cards such as Hall of the Bandit Lord, Slayer's Stronghold, or Generator Servant.
