Shadowfang I agree with the cycle cards. I'll look into Windfall and Time Spiral . As for the extra combat cards I already have Fury of the Horde , Relentless Assault , Seize the Day and Waves of Aggression . I originally had World at War in an earlier version but I removed and replaced it with Waves of Aggression it because I felt like it was only getting exiled off of Narset and losing the rebound effect while I could reuse Waves multiple times with retake. as long as I had land. I actually forgot about Savage Beating . Do you have any idea's on what I should take out for for Windfall , Time Spiral and Savage Beating ? Thanks for your advice!

ShadowfangAnd also I have been having some problems with having cards in my hand that I rather have be exiled. I'm looking for a Scroll Rack to get around that problem. Would you know of any other cards similar to Scroll Rack?

how effective is Lightning Helix or Call the Skybreaker ? Other then those everything else has its uses and you would know better then me what does and doesn't work. Though you might be playing to many lands and not enough land tutors, experience has taught me that acceleration is just as good as an extra land. Land Tax is one of the best you can find

For you scroll rack is definitely the best option and there aren't to many cards like it but you could always consider Teferi's Puzzle Box to cycle you hand even more

Shadowfang, Call the Skybreaker has been useful as an repeatable token genorater especially late game. I may remove Lightning Helix since it hasn't been useful at all. I do like Land Tax though. I might get Teferi's Puzzle Box over Scroll Rack depending how much I want to spend.

if you can afford it Scroll Rack is strictly better then any of the other cycle cards I mentioned, I'm hard pressed to say it isn't a staple in this deck, it not only cycles your hand but it also lets you control what Narset flips over. Id also consider Sensei's Divining Top for the same reason

I agree with you completely with those cards.. Issue with the Top is, I don't want to drop $50 for one card. I might invest into Scroll Rack though.

I don't understand why Sword of Light and Shadow is in here - it should definitely be Sword of Feast and Famine .

One more thing, because you're playing serious Voltron, play Vanishing to protect your Commander from Wraths and sorcery-speed removal.

Yeah any kind of phasing will provide the protection you want from sac effects.

If your looking for protection you should consider Gift of Immortality , it almost makes her unstoppable.
October 7, 2014 5:14 p.m.
Cataclysm and Razia's Purification can take over the game if you flip them with Narset, just sayin!

Shadowfang wish12oz thank you for the advice! I'll try out the gift and I want to get a Cataclysm

You should also consider Leyline of Anticipation to help open up more options for playing stuff during combat.

jmfd1987 I already have Vedalken Orrery . I was considering leyline but unless I can get it out first turn, it can become somewhat if a dead draw. Thanks though!

Yes. 2 cards come to mind. Sigil of the New Dawn and Angelic Renewal With the sigil, at least you wont have to pay extreme amounts.

Slipthrough I'm running creature less so I'm not sure how those will help. Thanks for the suggestion!

How does the deck play? Do you ever have trouble curving out or sit out of the game for the first few turns? With the general theme being to use your generals ability to play cards does it ever feel like you just stare at the cards in your hand? I think the deck can really benefit from cards that cycle your options like Time Spiral , Timetwister , Molten Psyche , and Windfall . You can especially benefit from the plethora of "extra battle phase" cards available like World at War , Savage Beating , Relentless Assault , and Fury of the Horde . Psychic Spiral is really good as utility against mill decks that i think you could appreciate
