My own take on a Narset spellslinger commander deck. She is probably one of my favorite commanders of all time.

The deck uses Narset's ability to take continuous extra turns and out value opponents. With the extra time, I can pull off some of the combos or win conditions below.
Ramp comes mainly in the form of artifacts, with classics like Sol Ring and Arcane Signet. It also includes all of the appropriate talismans and signets. Pentad Prism, Basalt Monolith, and Jeska's Will are used as one time ramp that give more mana at once than the average mana rock. We can turn three Narset by using Jeska's Will and Azorius Signet as long as an opponent has 5 or more cards in hand.
I include a lot of extra turn spells obviously, from the classic Time Warp to the shuffling Nexus of Fate. I also include Fury of the Horde, Response / Resurgence and Relentless Assault to take extra combat steps. The deck includes nine extra turn spells and three extra combat step spells.
In order to win we need two things, keeping Narset on the board and making sure our opponents don't win before we do. To slow our opponents down we can use Smoke. This does not affect Narset, which is great. Narset still can be blocked however, so we can use Steel of the Godhead, Spirit Mantle and Aqueous Form.

Enter the Infinite + Jace, Wielder of Mysteries = draw deck and win

Windfall + Narset, Parter of Veils = everyone discards their hand and I draw seven cards :)

Narset's Reversal + Approach of the Second Sun = win the game

Storm Herd = create a ton of pegasus tokens and swing
