This was a deck based off of one of my first commander decks. Narset has a very powerful ability to play spells for absolutely free. And this deck was made to capitalize on that ability 100% of the time. My only goal in this deck is to get Narset out turn 4 or 5 and then never draw another card for the rest of the game. The "war of" cards are a great asset in this deck due to only having to pay 1 mana in order to stop myself from drawing a card. I also have a lot of arcane spells in the deck because if I do happen to have cards in my hand I can cast them off of the free arcane cards that Narset casts for me.
