I get the feeling that Narset is better with extra turns + PW control than as a Voltron commander. You just get more value out of the latter. Here's a mockup I made (extremely non-budget...): Narset Anti-Budget

Every time someone in my play group plays a Narset deck, they do very well. I just love the janky style decks. +1
