Teferi's puzzle box was another card I had no idea what to do with as a kid. With Narset it should be a handlock for my opponent. The Icy manipulators are there to tap down any threats that have already made it out before the handlock happens. The bounce spells are there to bounce a permanent back to then have it go to the bottom of the opponents library. And of course theres some counterspells because its blue. Im sure I could have made it more competitive but I didn't want to spend more money on it. Im hoping it would do alright in a modern style FNM though.
