Naru Meha, LOTS of counter spells. Point of the deck is to either bounce all my opponents permanents or gain control of them and swing for lethal. Using Ghostly Flicker combo with naru hopefully with venser, or mulldrifter out to be able to draw my deck and go infinite on mana. Works by casting ghostly flicker, flashing out Naru Meha, copying GF, bouncing Naru Meha and land or whatever second target may be, ghostly flicker copy resolves, targeting Naru Meha again going into infinite loop unless the copy is countered, but thats why you have counterspells right?
