I am attempting to add Brainspoil . I realized that most of the most powerful cards in this deck are 5cmc (Sadistic Hypnotist , Eldrazi Monument , Coat of Arms , Living Death , Memory Jar , and even Painful Quandary ).
So many times when playing this I found that I just needed 1 removal card and I could get back in the game... and of course I don't draw Beast Within . SO I thought I'd add more removal anyway. Thus, Brainspoil seems perfect as it is the only 5cmc transmute and has the alt creature removal I may need.
I also figured that I should have some even more removal so am trying out Vraska the Unseen and Maelstrom Pulse . I'm also trying out Doubling Season instead of Parallel Lives because it can be grabbed by Brainspoil and is also awesome. (hoping I open one in a modern masters pack... fingers crossed).
Lastly, in order to accommodate these changes, I made some tough choices. I decided to let go of Words of Waste and Bloodchief Ascension since they never seem to get going at the right time. The toughest decision was to take out Geth's Grimoire . I rarely ever play it, and when I do it is always at the point where people dont have many cards in their hands anyway. Its cool in theory, but it hinders this deck more than helps it.
Thoughts and suggestions on this are appreciated.

No Rune-Scarred Demon or Liliana Vess ? I feel like lili 1.0 would be better than 2.0 in edh, although both are good for your deck.
Also, +1 for the name! I really love adventure time.

If you want you can put in Gyre Sage because of it's synergy with Immaculate Magistrate similar to that of Immaculate Magistrate and Joraga Warcaller

can't believe Skullclamp isn't in here... that is changing soon. Also, I'm considering Bow of Nylea

I'm thinking of taking out Doubling Season to exchange it for Waste Not ...

I realized I hadn't updated this list in a while, where my actual deck has some creature changes. They are as follows:
-1 Viridian Shaman +1 Viridian Zealot -1 Nullmage Shepherd +1 Reclamation Sage
For some reason, TappedOut can't see Reclamation Sage yet in the actual deck list... but it's in there, I promise.

Figure I'd drop a couple notes for you over here...
1 If you have any laying around it may be worth replacing a few of your basic swamps and forests with more fetches. Things like Marsh Flats do not have Color Identity, because they do not contain ANY Mana Symbols, and therefore can be included to fetch just Swamps or Forests (Bayou and Overgrown Tomb really).
2 on Tutors, I'd lean towards Diabolic Intent but my elves have even more bodies than yours do.. In your case though I might consider going for some increased draw power. You've got pretty much all the good Tutors already (Beseech is meh because it's limited CC fetching ability). Necropotence is what I'm thinking here.
3 Elf tokens. You have Presence of Gond , which I would swap out for any of the following. Prowess of the Fair -really just a choice of trigger on token creation.
Volrath's Laboratory and Riptide Replicator . Both let you choose creature type as they come into play. RR can dump out stupid big elves late game with the X value option as well.
IMO either artifact is a straight upgrade over POG. No creature needed to hold it, and mid-late game mana shouldn't really be an issue.

-1 Deadbridge Chant +1 Masked Admirers (provides draw and resurection just like deadbridge but lends itself to combos already in place... plus it's an elf)
-1 Presence of Gond +1 Prowess of the Fair or Volrath's Laboratory (testing both... prowess used to be in here but didn't do as well. now it possibly could do better than before with all the card changes)
@hereticloki First of all, the text fail is to hilarious to delete. ;)
Secondly, I agree with most of your points. Necropotence is awesome, but I'm not sure I want to play with it just yet. working on that. In the meantime, I plan on getting a Collected Company for draw too... but I'm thinking about where to make changes... possibly a tutor... even Worldly Tutor

Alright so I have been testing around with building an elf deck that's all Golgari but still with heavy focus on Elf Tribal. This is amazing. I have my Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord deck and it does get me wins (hell I have beaten by my own deck several times now), but I want something a bit different. Also correct me if I am wrong but I thought that Deathrite Shaman was band in EDH? Upvote though because I love this.

If you go to Deathrite Shaman's page, DarkJunderMaster, it'll tell you (among lots of other information) the legality in each format-and Deathrite is legal in EDH.
I'd love to build Nath but elf tribal is expensive if you haven't played for a while (and have passively been collecting).
Love your take with him here and the deck's name is icing! +1

I love your deck Idea. If you would like some extra value with your B/G deck, I suggest adding in the tribal elf enchantment Prowess of the Fair and also Lys Alana Huntmaster. These cards would be crazy in your deck. With Lys Alana each time you cast an elf spell that includes those tribal cards like Eyeblight's Ending you get a 1/1 elf warrior and with Prowess of the Fair if someone board wipes you get an elf warrior for each dying elf creature. Also check out Shadowmoore, Lorwyn, Morningtide and Eventide. Those sets were pact with some crazy elf tech that can now be super abused.

Dark Deal seems like a an autoinclude for Nath. Oppression is similarly synergystic.

I know Elf's are cheap but... only 30 lands. This is EDH, I would think you should up that to at least 35 tbh. I learned that lesson years ago, that yeah, your deck might be on the lower end of the curve but getting mana screwed is easy to do in EDH.
Also Tomb of Yawg but not Coffers?

for real i am confused why people choose Blood Artist over Zulaport Cutthroat. is it because it has more life-gain potential through draining each person individually? Is it because Artist can target self? Don't they garner retaliation from one opponent but zulport is neutral. plz help. is plus 1 attack and no targeting and deal more damage not strictly better?

Heh, that deck you're mentioning was a very early thought experiment about how to use the Empire artifacts in EDH. I made it in my first couple weeks of starting to play EDH. I never actually put it together and now would think there are much better things to do with Maralen of the Mornsong . It's a bit obvious to say, but from my understanding almost always someone is going to search for a card that removes her. Especially the person with the worst board position will be looking for a reset. So you need to find a way to protect her and/or Silence your opponents.
