(If you wanna discuss anything Allies, come on over to /r/alliesmtg on reddit. It's still in its infancy, so please help it grow!)
The gameplan here is relatively simple: Pump out as many Allies as possible for a T3-T4 kill.
Hada Freeblade, Kazandu Blademaster and Akoum Battlesinger are the aggressive core, supported by Expedition Envoy as another one-drop and to enable Reckless Bushwhacker, and Metallic Mimic to allow going wide.
Kabira Evangel and Firemantle Mage serve the purpose of granting our team evasion, Evangel occasionally protecting against removal, especially with Aether Vial. Vial as a 3-of to enable potential explosive starts, but to avoid drawing multiples. Harabaz Druid serves a similar purpose, allowing for explosive turns.
Collected Company is often a finisher, will mostly be cast first main phase in case hasty Allies are flipped. Two flipped Akoum Battlesinger on an empty board will be 10 damage for example.
1-of Ondu Cleric and Lantern Scout still trigger other Allies and grant real breathing room in a damage race.
Path to Exile and Dromoka's Command serve as a removal/protective suite.
Chameleon Colossus and Leyline of Sanctity are pre-boarded against a Grixis Shadow-heavy meta, and are decent against a lot of other decks as well. Firemantle Mage not only serves as a 5th Kabira Evangel, but also to grant evasion against colorless decks like Tron and Affinity.
Other Considerations: Boros Charm, Eerie Interlude to protect the team and grant flexibility.
Magus of the Moon and/or Blood Moon in the SB with maybe more basics to allow proper hating on (Eldrazi) Tron.
Arid Mesa in place of 1 or 2 Wooded Foothills, currently not included due to budget.
1-2 Horizon Canopy replacing 1 Mana Confluence and/or 1 Temple Garden. Not included due to budget, great as flood insurance. Similarly, Mirror Entity can be quite decent when flooded or going wide, since a lot of base stats are 2/2 or smaller.
On the mana base: I wouldn't compromise on Cavern of Souls, as they allow getting into a game at all against Chalice of the Void and general counterspellery. Ally Encampment isn't that great in multiples, as we still have some colored spells we want to cast (mostly CoCo). Encampment can serve either as a defensive maneuver, or aggressively when somewhat flooded to get the final necessary trigger. card:Mana Conluence to make it all a bit more stable, the rest of the mana base should be self explanatory, .
Looking for any and all suggestions.
Sideboard is obviously meta-dependent, I compiled a list of possible cards here.
