Blakkhand I had a playset of Fiend Hunter but slowly removed them in favor of speed. I may put them back in there.

I was thinking more along the lines of Searing Spear /Pillar of Flame . wouldn't hurt your speed too much and is great for the final blow.

Turn 1. Sacred foundry, then Champion of the Parish .
Turn 2. A green or red source, then Burning-Tree Emissary + Lightning Mauler , swing for seven.
Turn 3. Land, Thatcher Revolt , swing for thirteen.
GG.

I also find Hellrider to be amazing for closing up games.
Mayhaps you take a peek at my boros aggro Ack! Humans!? It wins either turns 3, 4, or 5 usually.

Thalia, Guardian of Thraben if gotten early can really delay a control deck. Also, a Aurelia, the Warleader can really seal up late game for you, so can Thundermaw Hellkite . A Rancor or Giant Growth might work well too, and don't underestimate a well timed Pacifism or a Ground Seal or Tormod's Crypt . I have found pretty consistent success against junk rites and reanimator decks with Basic Naya Blitz because of the crypt.

I really like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and played with some Tormod's Crypt this morning. Rancor is interesting, may consider that opposed to the Ghor-Clan Rampager

Beating junk rites is all speed and some luck because the only answers for Angel of Serenity I've found are to counter it before it resolves (which naya cannot do) or have 5+ creatures of reasonable size in play. Restoration Angel can be taken down by a Mizzium Mortars but it requires that no Thragtusk s or Centaur Healer s be in play. While I have had success running just the crypt myself, running Rest in Peace or Ground Seal in conjunction with Skullcrack is a very viable option as well as it eliminates the whole combo threat, but it's an additional sacrifice you have to make in your main deck.

Better shuffling and adding in 2 Ground Seal for 1 Experiment One and 1 Ash Zealot seems to have better draws. Hopefully I'll get a chance to play test tonight.
