With all the counters that the allies and Champion of the Parish gain I think it is one of the best suited decks to take advantage of Hardened Scales.
Collected Company is obviously very good but is more suited for slower decks or those that can ramp to 4 mana quickly.
An opening of:
T2: Hardened Scales + Hada Freeblade
can give me a nice head start in the game.

I recount 21 of 33 creatures work with counters and the other 12 could enable triggers... well that sound's not that bad.
Here some cards, not shure how use full, but they work well with counters and 2 of them very good with Hardened Scales
There cards are : Inspiring Call Gavony Township Mikaeus, the Lunarch

and to the point with the company. A frind of mine playes a Merfolk-Company deck, and it rocks.... so I could imagine, that hitting 2 alley out of the company has nerly the same impact like hitting 2 lords + the potential buff from the Hardened Scales ... but all in all not shure

Is Abzan Falconer or Tuskguard Captain a good addition to the deck ? (Possibbly instead of Skinshifter)
Also, should I replace Akoum Battlesinger with Jwari Shapeshifter ? (And replace red mana with blue as a result)

Should I add Boros Charm to the deck ?
If so than instead of what ?

2x Hardened Scales is bad. Its only really good if you have it in your opening hand. There are almost no scenarios where it is the card you NEED to draw in the middle of the game to bail you out of a situation. If you want to use it, go for 4.
Interaction just depends on your personal playstyle. You never really want to go below 22 creatures in an ally aggro deck, more if you want a lot of speed. If you don't like interaction, keep 4 path to exile and go full aggro with the rest. If you do, Boros Charm Atarka's Command and Dromoka's Command are all solid choices.
Inspiring Call has it's moments, but it doesn't replace Collected Company. If you're running as many creatures as you are, I would run 3-4 CoCos.

I really suggest Champion of the Parish finding a spot. It's another Hada Freeblade minus the ally trigger

I used to him in the previous version of the deck (together with Abzan Falconer and Taurean Mauler), but now without Hardened Scales and with Captain's Claws I'm not sure he fits in the deck anymore.
Also, If I were to add him what would I remove ?

Is adding 4x Reckless Bushwhacker to the deck a good idea ?
Would they work better than 4x Champion of the Parish (or Oran-Rief Survivalist which is already in the deck) ?
Is playing a PW like Garruk Wildspeaker or Elspeth, Knight-Errant as the top-end of the deck a good idea to improve the mid-game ?
Would Taurean Mauler work better than any of the other 3-drops in the deck ?

Bushwhacker is a non-bo with AEther Vial and Collected Company. If you're using Vial, you don't get surge, and you can't vial in the bushwhacker unless you bump it to 4, which you don't want to do. Without Aether Vial or CoCo, it's great.
No, if you want to round out the curve, add 4 Collected Company
No. Mauler is good in Hardened Scales allies, not good enough in straight Naya.
Other notes - Ancient Ziggurat is bad. I know it seems good, but think of a hand with:
That hand is really good with any other land. With Ziggurat, it's a mulligan.
Hope this helps
Hoschie says... #1
hey the nice base....but i think Hardened Scales is not that great here... I think Collected Company would be much better
