i'd say add more Primordial Hydra s, Protean Hydra s, and card:Mayael's Aria because they help you win the game quickly.

Protean Hydra can't be killed by damage if you have Leyline of Vitality out =)

Thanks, I did not even think about that idea. Makes much more sense. I am hoping that more little improvements will come along to make the deck better and better.

Empyrial Archangel with Vigor is another thought. Though you're not running islands, you still have 6 other cards that can produce the blue mana needed. However, this could be to much of a stretch for this deck and it's overall theme.

Oh I see, Empyrial Archangel some gets a +1/+1 counter and then Vigor covers the rest. My only concern is how to keep Vigor alive.

Although if I add blue in this deck, I would say a Counterspell is needed. I will have to see some more ideas before I shift blue in here. But we shall see, keeping my guys alive long enough seems the issue in multi-player games. I can take out one opponent no problem, but then the second one is an issue.

and if your planing on protecting your vigor without splashing blue i would suggest aegis angle

ya just one question why Phytohydra if there's only one i don't think its needed when you have vigor i would replace it also a suggestion for a helpful card might be rosheen meanderer with all your x spells maybe a thought for a good power up early game other than that i like the idea of this deck

I mean, all of your creatures are green, so it could work. But since they are all reasonably high cost, it might be hard.

true, true. Its one of those things I would have to just play test and see. I have been trying to remake my mono-green hydra deck. Its hard too when your a single color, luckily I play only casual magic. I have a bit more breathing room when it comes to designing decks. I just like making decks that revolve around counters a whole lot, this is the best I can come up with with my own collection.

Maybe some card:Death's Presence to add to the punishment if they kill your hydras.

this is pretty cool i'm sitting here making a hydra deck and figured i'd check to see online maybe see some cards i didn't kno . if your worried about world destruction maybe a rootborn defenses or shield of the oversoul or a murder investigation on any giant hydra may be encouragement to not wrath the field . +1
