Edit 1: 2 - 17 - 2018:

I changed the list up a bit, following the direction Ryan Shaner(TheSpellWeaver) has been going. I'll have access to Nobles for GP Phoenix, but probably won't be able to get a hold of Goyfs, so I'll be testing this list and seeing about going back to a more traditional Ponza list if I feel it's not good enough without Goyf. I didn't get a chance to update the sideboard, but it will be pretty similar.
