I think it's a pretty good list. Obviously you can do without the Illusionist's Bracers . I think you don't need the Boros Elite , Skyknight Legionnaire and Truefire Paladin . Cards like Boros Reckoner and Thundermaw Hellkite would see a lot of love here. Also, since it's so midrange-y, you might want to up the land count to something like 23-24 lands.

Lightning Mauler , you have a mild aggro base and he will allow things like Firemane Avenger and Loxodon Smiter to get out of hand and smacking your opponent even faster.

The single Champion of the Parish is both inconsistent and not very relevant, either put in another big creature, or put in another of the creatures you already have, consistency in magic is beautiful. Maybe try more Flinthoof Boar s or Ghor-Clan Rampager s.
