This is Cluze's current RGW Goblins list. It really just splashes white and green for a couple of (import) things.

Thalia is very good against almost any deck in the format. The inclusion of her gives this deck so much more resilience against any "unfair" deck. It is not fool-proof, but it has a fighting chance against almost anything.

I cut Rishadan Port in order to make room for Cavern of Souls. It is basically aggro with Thalia, Guardian of Thraben buying you time against combo and control.

The Tin Street Hooligan does not work well with Goblin Warchief, so be careful. From the board, Mindbreak Trap helps against storm, and Angel of Despair is there for Sneak and Show.
