This is just one of my favorite decks ever. Here's the simple run down.
Creatures:
-
Abbot of Keral Keep
: This guy is sweet. You just cast him and get great value out of him. Never be scared to cast him turn two, as he is still fine without being able to cast the spell.
-Monastery Swiftspear: I mean simply amazing. You cast him turn one and being the beats. She's hard to deal with and is super fun to play with.
-
Seeker of the Way
: One of the main reasons to play this over Atarka Red. You gain lots of life due to the pump in the deck, and just serves as a great bear monk.
Non-Creature:
-
Atarka's Command
: I was only running one at first, but then I found out how good it is. You gain a huge combat trick with this and pump up the team. Stop them from gaining life or even add a land for another pump spell.
-Defiant Strike: It replaces itself and pumps your creatures very effectively.
-
Titan's Strength
: Similar to Defiant Strike, but you trade the card draw for extra pump. But, it still comes with a scry, so that compensates for it.
-Become Immense: Punch them in the face with a very large monk. Combos well with Temur Battlerage. Don't forget though that you need to cast this one first to get the trample trigger from the battlerage most of the time.
-Temur Battlerage: Very powerful as mentioned before. Combos with Become Immense and even with something like
Titan's Strength
.
-Wild Slash: Solid removal that's cheap.
-Myth Realized: This guy is awesome and underrated. He has permanent prowess, and dodges sorcery speed removal, such as Languish.
Hope you enjoyed, please leave a comment and like. If you have any suggestions or criticism about the deck please help me out, it's greatly appreciated.
