Sideboard

I was inspired to make this deck when the first Pod decks were being played and I saw Grave Pact. I looked at it and thought, "Why isn't this the most feared card in the history of M:tG?" I set out to make it so. Over time this deck has evolved with one central focus in mind: getting value out of creatures dying. Originally I tried to do this with cards like Golgari Germination and Pawn of Ulamog in order to create a constant stream of creatures. That sucked. I realized that the best way to have lots of creatures is to use efficient creatures that provide more than one body instead of using janky cards and a complex setup. Brimaz is in the deck because their aren't always enough threats, though Athreos may make that irrelevant. In most match-ups against creature based decks dropping a Grave Pact is unbeatable. The deck has evolved to focus more on getting value out of multi-body creatures with Viscera Seer and using that to scry through the deck. Otherwise it's just a decent Junk mid-range deck with a resilient creature base. The downside to having a strong match-up against "every" deck that tries to win with creatures is that the combo and control match-ups can be pretty weak. If you can think of generally good cards against combo/control for the main deck or sideboard let me know.
