Alright so starting off, this is my Nekusar deck. My main problem is balancing the mana base (I've simply put the lands I had) and yes I know I only have 4 basics. Also I'm looking for any suggestions for cards that would be particularly good for this deck (and I know that there are infect strategies, I'm just trying to keep it relatively fair).
