You might want to consider Eye Gouge.

Eye Gouge is nice, but it technically is not a -1/-1 counter. We are trying to activate Necroskitter.

Pith Driller would be nice if I could make it come back onto the battlefield repeatedly.

With the new spoiler of -1/-1 counters we could possibly see some new cards to being added :D

@ChubyCryBaby: There is already an infinite combo that draws the game, or potentially can draw the game.

I hope there is some neat interactions, -1/-1 counters is the only reason I would dare build a 60 card none singleton deck.

I think it will work regardless of any creatures on the board.

If my logic is correct, it should go like this: Blowfly Infestation and then play Nest of Scarabs. Place a -1/-1 counter on a creature that will die due to toughness being zero.

Automatically you will have a trigger to put a 1/1, then the trigger for -1/-1 will go on the stack because a creature died. Re-order the stack and keep repeating a death of the tokens and constant -1/-1 triggers on the stack.

I was gonna add that card to my list for my Wither deck lol. That's one way to make it. Only problem is, where to go from there

Its definitely a dead end unless you want the game to end in a draw, its not really a great combo.

With wither counters, the guys at R&D sure do make it all or nothing. I have yet to figure out a way to capitalize on the effect.

Lets wait to see what the rest of the set brings in, don't forget to look at red as well.

Have you considered Fate Transfer in this deck at all? Seems like it would make a nice utility card in the deck.
