It's funny how two decks looking so much a like, can still be completely different, aggro and control o:

Preturbed: It's interesting, but it seems like it would be dead without the combo most of the time, and if I do have the combo, I'm usually looking to just end the game.
Infral: Haha, yes. I noticed that.

What about Phyrexian Tower? It doesn't go infi but has similar utility to High Market.

Good God man that is a solid build. Well, almost.
Bear minimum I feel Stubborn Denial is a better counter-spell option than Swan Song.
Otherwise though, I am very curious as to why some cards have been left out.
Conspiracy for instance could make any of your creatures zombies. They would lose all other sub-types but I doubt that would be a problem.
Similarly, why not run the new Kalitas over Leyline? or why not the Origins version of Liliana?

Thanks! Well, almost. :P
I'll take Swan Song over Stubborn Denial any time, because the former is conditional and the latter is not. Sure, it gives my opponent a 2/2, but this is EDH, and single 2/2s are outclassed by like turn three. No way that thing has a lasting impact in any way. Stubborn Denial, meanwhile, won't be online nearly often enough to warrant inclusion in this deck.
Conspiracy isn't here (and neither is Ashes of the Fallen) because, frankly, we don't need it. Of our twenty-two creatures, a grand total of four are not zombies. Those few that are not zombies aren't that essential, and can be recurred with Havengul Lich anyway. Conspiracy would be kind of a wasted slot here.
Kalitas hits only creatures, and only nontoken creatures (which is relevant!). Leyline hits everything. I'm also considering putting in Helm of Obedience for that combo, which doesn't work with Kalitas unless I have infinite mana. That said, I am considering Kalitas.
Flip Lili is very good. She was in consideration. I just don't think she does quite enough to warrant a slot over anything else in the deck.

Also, Preturbed: Phyrexian Tower is certainly awesome. Only reason I wouldn't include it is budget concerns. I'll probably suck it up, shell out the twenty/thirty bucks or whatever it is, and throw it in here anyway.

@dragoniguana Lol, I had meant it before. What you've built has basically zero room for improvement or substitution without changing whole sections of the deck. I even thought about asking why you might not run Transmute cards, but the only ones I see you even needing would be the 3 drops, and of them maybe I could see you running the counterspell one over Counterspell itself.
What I really might ask about is if you have a way to see that Gisa and Geralf are cards to build with, why would you not also think to include Noosegraf Mob? Bear in mind I would love to build this deck, but I feel I need to understand your reasons for not having 'X' card in order to be able to make the same choice of leaving it out. Like with Conspiracy I would figure the ability to ensure any of your creatures can be brought back, even the commander maybe, would be helpful enough to include in the deck.

Sweet deck! It really shows that you dedicated a lot of time and effort here! I love the flavor and the all the interactions! Well done!! :)

Recall should probably just be Yawgmoth's Will. Will is more expensive, but at least it wouldn't require you to pay 5 mana and discard 2 cards in order to re-cast a couple things from your graveyard.

Solid list!
I would highly recommend Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet unless I am missing you heavily interacting with opponent's graveyards. He can get quite beefy, give you a life buffer, make more of an army for you. And always feels good to grab after a Sidisi, Undead Vizier.
and id also say maybe throw in a Vengeful Pharaoh as an insurance plan if things aren't going your way.

FLATSO99: I am currently in the process of figuring out where to put in more mana rocks, and Thought Vessel is in the list for ones to add!
PookandPie: I have my reservations about Yawgmoth's Will. I know it's an amazing card, but I don't like that it doesn't allow me to be reactive like Recall does. That said, I like how cheap it is, so I'll probably test it out at some point.
Bababad: Thanks! Kalitas is definitely in consideration. I can see how great he could be in here.

Have you considered Prized Amalgam? It works better in my deck than here, but it still make a wonderful sac target since you can bring it back essentially for free.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I looked at that card, and I'm not personally a fan of it in this deck. I find that I have enough recursion without it, and the fact that it doesn't really do anything besides be recurred means it doesn't make the cut here.

PookandPie: After milling both Rooftop Storm and Recall off the G&G mill trigger one too many times, Diabolic Tutor has been cut for Yawgmoth's Will.

I love the deck, and you get a +1 from me. That being said, dear god you need to put accordion spoilers on that deck description. It's impossible to scroll past on a phone.

Ah, I didn't even think about that. Done. :)
Glad you liked the deck!

Diregraf Colossus can also generate you a lot board presence and gives you a big fatty if you can find the space.
hard to beat a 3 cmc beater that gets stronger the longer the game goes.
Though if you feel you have enough recursion at this point, you might feel you have enough token makers as well.

Yeah, Colossus is one of those cards I plan on playing around with a bit, just not including in the initial decklist for now. I can see how it would be good, but in my initial playtesting with it in, I found it didn't do much. I'm going to revisit it in the future, though.

It does go infinite with Phyrexian Altar and Gravecrawler.

Hey, just so you know, I copied your write-up on lore to my deck. Gave credit and told them it came from this deck.

Story-wise, I feel like this deck would get along well with my Avacyn, the Purifier Flip deck (Judgment Day: Avacyn the Purifier EDH).
Two very different ways of dealing with the Eldrazi menace, heh.

Noxious Ghoul is a one-sided board wipe with your Grave Crawler combo.
