Drawing lots of cards is the main aspect of this deck

Wait and clear alll threats with board wipes, you are not a creature heavy deck but have some defenders before you cast Nekusar. Underworld dreams, Spiteful Visions, fate unraveler, Kederekt Parasite can do the same job if you cant cast Nekusar. Bonus if more than one is out.

Make your hand unlimited with reliquary tower, price of knowledge(bonus makes everyones hand unlimted), and venser's journal.

Make everyone switch out there hands and redaraw them with Teferi's Puzzle Box, wheel of fate, and Whirlpool warrior, Makes any type of big hands painful with nekusar or any of the other pain draws but not for you! Jace's archivist can work well even if you are the only one with a big hand. Combine that with whispering madness and everyones taking tons of damage,

Megrim in there for good measure! Now all that discard is going to hurt double with the drawing and discarding!

Play careful and play cards in combination, It wont take long before some get angry about the draw pain.
