Nekusar, the Draw King

We've all seen this before, but my version is more wallet friendly. This deck is a Drawmaniac cards like Well of Ideas ,Spiteful Visions ,Seizan, Perverter of Truth, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Howling Mine ,Font of Mythos, Dictate of Kruphix, Bloodgift Demon and most important of all Teferi's Puzzle Box those all deal with upkeeps.

Now that we've established the upkeep let's move onto the actual Theme, Wheel of Fortune you win some, you lose some, but in this case you stacked the deck in your favor. $$Wheel of Fortune$$ Wheel of Fate, Reforge the Soul, Windfall, Wheel and Deal, Dark Deal, Magus of the Wheel, Jace's Archivist, Whirlpool Warrior, Runehorn Hellkite, Dragon Mage. By forcing gameplay their are cards that play with the Theme of Nekusar, the Mindrazer such as Fate Unraveler, Kederekt Parasite, Underworld Dreams or cards like Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Psychosis Crawler, and just to make sure Forced Fruition

And last but not least with all those discarded cards, Waste Not will be your advantage over your opponents, especially with multiple players. Megrim, Liliana's Caress, Raiders' Wake, Sangromancer are all spells that deal with the Discard ability.

Just to make sure you survive in today's magic setting we have some stuff here that delays the game long enough to see the combos,Fog Bank, Guard Gomazoa, Propaganda, Nin, the Pain Artist, Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs, The Locust God, Archfiend of Depravity and Archfiend of Ifnir when you have Discard ability.
