I built a Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck when he was first released, and I loved just how different it was from most other decks. So I have continously upgraded and tweaked it since, and this is the most current version I have.

Goal is fairly simple, land enough pain dealing enchantments and/or creatures and wheel as many times as you can. Glistening Oil is the main answer to decks with heavy life gain. And the "last ditch effort" win condition is Hive Mind with Pact of the Titan, Pact of Negation, or Slaughter Pact.

Sideboard is all targets for Cunning Wish.
