Hold on, I thought card draw was a GOOD thing.

Thanks, I looked at your deck and I am putting in some of those cards. I want to keep SOME control because Neku is an immediate target in my play circle.

Well, Nekusar is generally best played with a suite of countermagic that's not really designed to control the board, but to protect himself. That's why you'll see me run counters like Swan Song and Dispel. Cheap and efficient ways of keeping Swords to Plowshares from being pointed at him. Also, the biggest thing I can tell you is that Nekusar is limited primarily by your ability to cast spells. As a result, you want your curve to be as low as possible. You should invest in artifact ramp.

Ramp is definitely needed, and in fact, necessary in every EDH deck. Then tutors, especially if you are running black. Blue obviously has tutors, but since you are running red, you get a much larger number of available counterspells (red is number 2 on the counterspell spectrum), though most of red's counterspells are anti-counterspells.
Combo is the best with nekusar. Hive Mind + some wheel effect with any nekusar effect (there are about 9-ish you can run) means GG. Not too mention a few other infinite combos that can be easily played in nekusar builds.

How about Mogis, God of Slaughter? Forced sac or 2 more damage each turn.

I like conscience, but it doesn't have much of a place in neku

Gets you quick wins with cards like teferis puzzle box or forces fruition

What would I want to cut for it if I put it in?

As much as I absolutely love jin gitaxias you already have so much draw. He's so good but isn't necessary with such a good draw engine like nekusar

BUT when he hits the field I usually have psychosis crawler out, so he's letting neku hit for seven. Also, like I said, while the card is good it doesn't go great in neku. Part of that is because of who I play with, no one has a creature I would want to steal and give infect turn 5

I will sideboard it though. I know one guy with a prosh deck

No I mean you attach it to nekusar. You give nekusar infect and win with infect counters . You can enchant your own creature

You should cut some blue/black cards for some more red or fix your land base a bit more. it seems so upset with mana costs and such. Probably a bit of both. Card suggestions I'd give you are;
Erebos, God of the Dead You wont believe how helpful he is against pillow fort decks along with just giving you card draw if you dont mind giving up a bit of health
Silent Arbiter From my experience with neku most players will instantly hate on you due to the fact you might get lucky enough to combo out and kill all 3 of them at once or even in a 1v1 situation where you might be able to survive it. Crawlspace is a good alternative to silent.
Basilisk Collar / all other auras and equiptment that give lifelink. Lifelink isn't combat only damage. its all damage. the fact nekusaur is dealing the damage, means your gaining 2 life per enemy turn if you have those two out. Exquisite Blood is another way to gain life from neku, and also works with all other burns you can do. Keranos, God of Storms might be a good addition if you go that route from his 50/50 chance for burn or more card advantage.
Waste Not Okay, Its Nekusaur. Your giving them card draw, you should also be making them discard with things like Helm of the Ghastlord and Dack Fayden(also is a good move to steal sol rings or any mana fixing artifact they may have.)
Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind Big cost, great ability. your going to be drawing often just like your victims. having constant burn to perhaps actually kill a scary creature or help speed up someone's time clock could be so advantageous, even if not he's a decent flying body. also combos inf with Helm of the Ghastlord
Dictate of the Twin Gods why wouldn't you want nekusaur to deal x2 damage? Sure you will also, but with some of the defensive options i've stated that shouldn't be an issue so much.
Chandra, the Firebrand Copying a prosperity or a tutor or a winds of change or any other instant/spell you could cast might be enough for an earlyish win or take out a single threat instantly.
Slaughter Pact/Pact of the Titan if you find room for hive mind in your deck. removal/insant body you can afford but not something everyone will be able to. (i'm just saying that one for haha's.)

Fairseas is right, you should put in Corrupted Conscience so you can enchant you commander with it and win the game so much faster, only having to deal 10 damage instead of the usual 40.

I have a pretty established build. I highly recommend checking it out. Nekusar, Take the Wheel!. Most people run Nekusar around the Wheel of Fortune type effects. If you just want to run a control build in Grixis, Gwendlyn Di Corci is more efficient than Nekusar. He's really not a genral that lends himself well to control strategies too well. He plays more akin to a mid-range deck.
