I built this deck several years ago right before my hiatus from the MTG world (barring several proxies because my friends were okay with it). Now upon returning, I've decided to share and may even invest in purchasing the cards I don't already have. I lovingly call this deck "The Catalyst" because that's exactly what it does, it speeds up the progress of the game with the primary intent on making your opponents lose control of their deck. Inside is a sickening combination of corrupted diplomacy which allows everyone to draw multiple cards per turn while gradually clawing away at their life totals. If your opponents don't intentionally build in ways to obtain an infinite hand size, their library will soon be their graveyard. On more than one occasion, I've seen people throw away pieces of infinite combos only to draw the rest of the cards they needed to win on their next turn. This deck has teeth, but it can take a few turns to really show them. The mana ramp is acceptable in my experiences and in general it plays well, although it may be a little light on creatures for some people's taste.
