I also play nekusar and I'm a big fan. For suggestions Magus of the Wheel , Master of the Feast and Dakra Mystic as possible creatures. Burning Inquiry draw and discard for 1. AEtherspouts and Mizzium Mortars for defense/board wipe. Archmage Ascension tutor thats easy and repeatable. Dream Fracture. Spiteful Visions for more nekusar. Damnable Pact this kills people very easily with nekusar and possibly a third source of draw damage.

Wow, thank you very much for those card suggestions. I definitely want to try archmage ascension and burning inquiry. I have been trying to find magus of the wheel, but it seems my meta does not have him.

I have debated on the master of the feast. I am not sure on him yet. I could take out dark imposter or dusk mantle.

I like spiteful visions, I just don't like how it hits me as well. I play with a real creature heavy meta. How does it work for you? I could sub in more control to make up for it.

I am thinking of Exsanguinate over pact just because it can hit everyone and be a good finisher.

I thought about Bitter Ordeal to hit the biggest threat on the table.

Hey, so Master of the Feast is a 3 drop 5/5 intended to punish you, but in this deck rewards you and is also a good defender. In my experience Spiteful Visions has helped more than it has hurt, if you have Nekusar, the Mindrazer and Spiteful Visions out you take 3 draw 3, opponents draw 3 take 6. Exsanguinate is good if you have many opponents(5) but worse than Damnable Pact if you have less(3). And finally, you only have one card to trigger Bitter Ordeal , which is Black Sun's Zenith if you want to run it consider getting rid of bounces like Devastation Tide for black board wipes like Crux of Fate or In Garruk's Wake. Also if you want spots for additional noncreature spells id suggest cutting Fact or Fiction and Steam Augury for nekusar provides enough draw, along with Font of Mythos and Howling Mine and if you want another one, Dictate of Kruphix

No problem, commander is a great format especially if you have a group of friends you can casually play with. I personally play a control type nekusar deck, but i would suggest sticking to discard if that is what you enjoy.
