Wheel oriented Nekusar, probably nothing you haven't seen before :P ; Trying to keep budget sub $175 on high end.

My first public deck so I'm kind of a noob to this, any help is appreciated :)

My current concerns:

1. Mana base is possibly a little light (Signets may be enough?)

2. Not enough sustainability life-wise

3. Possibly not enough counters/control
