This was the first ever commander deck i ever built before i really got into MTG. This revolves around Nekusar and the ways i can get my opponents to draw cards and take as much damage as possible. I've always loved the Blue/Black/Red color combos but never really got to use them all together in a cohesive deck. Any and all critiques are welcome.
