-Short version->-Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer ->Need help cause I’m completely new to commander. -Target: damage by drawing and discarding -Mana curve approximately: 2.88

I am new to commander style, but thought I’d try it out. The idea of my deck is to manipulate my opponent while dealing damage through cards that cause damage whenever I draw, my opponents draw, or they discard. Essentially knocking their health down by drawing and discarding. Lots of cards that cause me to draw or someone to draw and I tried to keep it semi low costs especially less cards requiring more than one or two a certain mana type so I could keep mana flexible. This is just a from scratch concept so I’m not saying this is by any means a final deck at all. Just would like some thoughts. Thanks for any advice you’ve got

P.S. I had the idea to use cards like Megrim or Fate Unraveler with Jace Beleren to drop their health fairly fast. (Wouldn’t Jace Beleren last ability combined with Megrim one shot someone?)
