This is just a deck that synergizes around Nekusar, using lots of wheels and windfall like effects to burn out enemies for drawing cards

It is also using a lot of cards from the Ydris premade as I own that and was trying to save some money

I am always looking for advice on the deck, as of now it feels like it occasionally can't get enough mana at the beginning of a game
