This is a very low to the ground aristocrats deck. The idea is to maintain a non-threatening Board state so you don’t become a target. Pretty much just plan on dredging a bunch of small value creatures into the graveyard and then casting Nethroi for his mutate cost and reanimate enough creatures to drain my opponents in one or two shots.
