To establish dominance over the game, you counter whatever you can, get tempo with cantrips (Brainstorm), extra turns (Time Warp), and artifact mana ramp Mana Vault.

Prepare for the end-game by constanly drawing cards with Howling Mine and Mind Unbound . Howling Mine accelerates the game, and will help you out more than your opponents.

Then summon Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind or Psychosis Crawler. Finish with hand flushing cards like Reforge the Soul, Wheel of Fortune, Jace's Archivist , Winds of Change, Windfall, and Magus of the Jar.

Fun Interactions:

Mystical Tutor can be used to grab a game winner like Rite of Replication or prepare a miracle like Devastation Tide, Reforge the Soul, or Temporal Mastery.

Library of Leng allows you to stack your library when forced to discard with a Wheel of Fortune-like effect.
