Hello and welcome to my Tasigur, the Golden Fang kinda budget deck (minus the lands), which is also semi-competitive. This deck seeks to control and win on about turn 4 with Thassa's Oracle.

Win Conditions:

The main line to win through is sacrificing Tasigur, the Golden Fang to Eldritch Evolution to bring out Razaketh, the Foulblooded. After this, search for Life / Death to make all your lands become creatures to sacrifice and search for Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation. Next, play Thassa's Oracle and with the ability on the stack play Demonic Consultation to exile your deck and win.

A backup win if this strategy doesn't win is to make infinite mana with Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal. With infinite mana activate Tasigur to mill your whole library and win with Thassa's Oracle.
