An interesting new idea I came up with.

Update: Based on playtesting this deck is suprisingly good. The cards have excellent synergy and the deck works well, achieving what I want it to for the most part.

The idea is to play as many spells as possible to activate Guttersnipe over and over again and kill the opponent. Lorescale Coatl and Chasm Skulker grow to immense proportions with all the drawing I can do. Most of the cards in the deck are for drawing cards, which serve the triple purpose of triggering Coatl and Skulker, getting spells into my hand, and counting as instants and sorceries for Guttersnipe. There's also some mana ramp to make sure the deck has enough for the number of spells it needs to play.

Also, Lorescale Coatl,Distortion Strike, and Time Reversal is a great combo. It's nice to have a Guttersnipe out too.
