Suggestions:

1. Rhino should be like a 2. KTK/Theros abzan control wasn't THAT good.

2. Baby jace should also be like a 2. Again, decks from these standards weren't that good in comparison to other standards so why bother limiting them? Personally i just dont have a points list for the last 2 standards.

3. Add Champions/mirrodin standard with jitte at like 4

I understand trying to limit OP cards while not banning them, but even though certain cards are OP, the decks possible to build around them aren't OP, so i don't think they need to be restricted

I think there only way to judge on how op a single card is in a deck, is by testing that deck in a tournament and playing against other op cards in the format

i just dont find it fair of limiting them if they werent banned in their respective standard. snapcaster jace can be brought down by a lightning bolt, siege rhino is easily killed off by other standards removal, ect. there are ways around them.

Exactly, like I said, the only way to judge how worthy a ban is, is to test the decks out.

TheFoilAjani, Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Coldsnap legal in Lorwyn/Shadomoor Standard? I didn't play back then, but while researching Time Spiral/Tenth Edition/Lorwyn Standard decks I always see Coldsnap cards in them, so I'm not sure. If so you'd have to update the spreadsheet.

This where I go is called old standard. Where people proxies can blade and old standard decks why are you trying to make something already made yours and steal the credit? This isn't new this is a rip off and stealing.

jesmister Before you accuse us of plagiarism, I would appreciate it if you took the time to form coherent sentences and thoughts.

One, what you call "old standard" isn't a format, plain and simple. There isn't an organization of players making it a cohesive format, no one is playing it, and isn't comparable to what we are doing.

Secondly, what you call "old standard" bears little resemblance to what we are doing here. As you have provides little information on what your supposed format is, I can't make many conclusions. But for starters, in this format, there is a ban list, unlike "old standard". In addition, we are holding tournaments in order to get more players for the format. We also have specific rules and tools for the format, we have a website and utilities. Finally, there is organization in this group to make the format something people actually play.

jesmister, You are saying our format was stolen and a copy of "old standard", a thing some people played at your local shop. In order for us to have "copied" old standard, we must have heard of it in the first place. Since you say people played old standard at your local shop, that means we must have been to said shop in order to hear about the old standard and "steal" it. What your saying literally makes no sense because neither bananamaniaman or I have ever been to this shop of yours, and even if we did, we must have come on the exact same day that you guys were playing "old standard" in order for us to have "taken the credit". I mean, is it impossible for someone to come up with a similar idea as someone else?

TheFoilAjani oh so this is a format at your Local shop. Okay then I get it you don't need to tell th whole world what you play at your LGS. Wizards makes the formats for their games and unless you work for WotC I dont think they need your help.
