Tarox Bladewing might be able to pull through since it has haste and flying (and most opponents probably won't have flying). Once you play it, use its grandeur ability to discard all the other copies of it that you surely have in your hand. It takes discarding 3 copies to kill somebody (4 * 2 = 8 * 2 = 16 * 2 = 32).

Anything with 4 or mana cost will lose. Only exception so far has been Phyrexian Obliterator
I tested Hellspark Elemental; It just doesn't push enough damage fast enough

@bamfbanki test Tarox against 2 cost cards then. It only takes until turn 4 and if you have the right hand and the opponent isn't running flying (which is fairly likely they aren't in this format) you could win in just one swing. On turn 4. Try it.

Nevermind just saw it was on the banlist, overlooked it before. Still it is one of my favorite limited cards of all time.

Meddling Mage beats almost everything, particularly if both players are disclosing their decks before the match begins. It splits with Surging Flame, and manages to stop the bleeding in time even when it's going second against the turn-4 goldfish of Goblin Guide, or the turn-3 clock of Virulent Sliver.
Chancellor of the Forge needs to be on the play with at least 6 tokens in the opener to beat it, and Chancellor of the Tangle can't win at all unless mana issues prevent the deck from getting WU by turn 2, or if it draws six of one type of basic land before getting the second copy of the other.
Mishra's Factory can beat Meddling Mage both ways, but that's about it.
November 28, 2014 5:36 a.m.
Meddling Mage and all creatures with similar name a card effects are banned. Similarily Chancellor of the Dross crushes meddling mage.

Spore Flower is bassicaly GG for any creature damage base deck. Mold Adder is good against Hedron Crab and Baleful Strix. Also Thallid Shell-Dweller is pretty strong. This goes for any cheap funguses

What is the most effective timmy card I would probably go with that one.Vulshok Sorcerer is what I came up with.

The only format where Ancestral Recall is not broken. I guess It could be a crappy mill deck XD.
Also, I'd be willing to help playtest on untap.in

@Frayace, that's actually one of the first things I was thinking about when contriving this format. :) Makes me happy to stomp power-nine into the ground.

Virulent Sliver and Chancellor of the Forge are the fastest clocks under current rules, with each one goldfishing on turn 3. Of course, Chancellor starts with a certain amount of steam and that's all it ever gets; if you can stem that initial tide, you can win at your own pace, so even Squire.dec has a matchup against it that's decided by who goes first.
If Kindle is banned, why is its functional reprint Flame Burst free to run wild?
November 29, 2014 6:05 p.m.
Spark Trooper seems pretty fun.
Gravecrawler, Doorkeeper, Relentless Rats (which would also make it hilariously modern legal), Rakdos Keyrune, Mindswipe, Vent Sentinel, Ghostly Prison (if you want to troll creature decks), Hypnotic Siren, Martial Coup, Haunted Plate Mail, Mogg War Marshal
Bump in the Night should be in with Lightning Bolt
November 30, 2014 2:27 p.m.
Shouldn't Slaughter Games, Memoricide, and Cranial Extraction be banned. The other player would lose every spell in their deck and get milled out. Every single game.
November 30, 2014 4:11 p.m.
nijomemo those cards are banned under "generic bannings"
SadisticMystic it says "include all functional reprints" which I'm guessing includes Flame Burst
