That also assumes the creatures have 0 power, which isn't likely.

Without stall decks everybody just plays creature decks. It isn't good idea to give additional creature based wincons to already creature heavy format. Don't try to force stall decks out of format. There isn't even stall deck, that could beat every creature deck and they can beat even less noncreature decks. Stall decks are fair and they're not overpowered or overplayed, even now while they're still viable. They just keep meta healthy. Please, don't ruin this game by killing entire archetype.

This is a question for the creator of this format.
I am making my own new format (New Format: Battlebuddies), and I was wondering: how did you get so many views?
December 3, 2014 5:58 p.m.
I really like the idea of this format. I don't think alt. win-cons should be added, I think a turn based clock would be good. If the game doesn't end within 30 turns (15 each player), both decks are knocked out. in the event of this happening on each players last deck, they both get a match loss. This is just an idea...

Colgate and loozar33 - I hear you and thank you for your feedback. I will not add the rule.
hafnera - All I did was feature it. Not sure if you featured yours or not, but I guess I got lucky. Also, deck construction in this format is so easy and quick that it's instantly appealing. That probably helps.

I think that since a match consists of three decks, cards like Living Wish and Research should be allowed to search the other two decks for cards. Just a thought.

Even as a player who does not use stall, im happy you didnt add in the win cons. For decks like stone idol trap that really on your opponent to have a larger field while you control with blocks and trample, it would have really hurt my matchups. However i will say that most stall decks will loose to a type of burn. As of now ik favoring tyrants choice and recomend more people try it, since it can be an efficient turn 5 win.

Also on another note. I was wondering if maybe cockatrice and untap players could possibly get together some how to establish a more correct tier board for decks? Alot of the decks on there are no longer what can be considered top tier

klone13 hehe I tried mantis rider myself already, and it wasn't that good. Though I didn't win with it once, and it was hilarious.
orderofchaos76 Not sure I agree. I'd have to have more people agreeing with you to consider that.
Skullman571 Thank you for your comments. I'm happy to playtest with you. I don't use untap.in though. I am purely cockatrice. If we could get a skype call going, that'd be perfect. I am logged in now as Logician if you wanna send me a direct chat. I'll leave myself logged in and check periodically for messages.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post such instructions on tappedout.net. Doing so would mean I'd be doing the following sketchy activities.
- Linking you to another website to download third-party software.
- Condoning the use of software that Wizard's of the Coast deems to be illegal, on tappedout.net without tappedout's consent.
You're just going to have to figure it out. Google is your friend.

You can post such instructions on another site, I guess, for example send email or something other viable ways to communicate with others.
December 4, 2014 3:29 p.m.
to -Logician: how do you feature it? what does that even mean?
December 4, 2014 3:49 p.m.
hafnera Here are the instructions step by step.
- Direct your attention to the top of the website where it lists "Deck Builder, Cards, Events, Draft Sim" etc.
- Look all the way over to the right. You'll see a series of symbols including a magnifying glass, then a folder, a message bubble, a person, and then an network connection icon. Click on the person icon. A drop-down menu will appear.
- Click on "Add Tokens," the fifth option.
- On this new page, there are various ways to buy these "feature tokens." Choose the one you want.
- Once you have purchased Feature Tokens, go to your deck's page.
- On the left-hand side of the page, there will be a button titled, "Feature Queue." Clicking on that button spends 1 feature token and puts your deck on the top banner of the website for about 1 minute, then you get your deck featured in the "Featured Section" on the front page for 16 hours.
- If your deck reaches a high enough number of votes, it will be featured in the "Top" section for as long as it remains popular, up to I think 7 or 10 days. After that, it disappears from the "Top" section forever. You can feature the deck again for another 16 hours in the spotlight, but cannot get back into the "Top" deck section, as you've already gotten there before.

It would get swarmed and pummeled, would be cool to try though
December 4, 2014 8:24 p.m.
hafnera Yeah those are some good ideas. Nice. :) Glad I was able to help.
excaliber213 Nice idea. I like that a lot actually. A very good blocker, no doubt.
galacticpony One-drops start slowing down on turn 3 after casting 3 spells. At that point, they are out of gas. Casting this would give them a more gas to work with. Also, a 4/4 with flying is great, but not quite good enough. It doesn't grow. Probably gets out-raced by lords, pumpers, and one-drops. Looks plausible against 3-drops.

What about when you get a deck knocked out, you keep one land from the previous game? Might make for more thought through the progression of the 3 decks. Also gives a small advantage to the person who just lost a round.

I suppose Hysterical Blindness can win on turn 6 if you cast it twice with your opponent on 5 creatures, but turn 6 wins aren't that scary.
