Hmm... Mind Sculpt ?

Altar of the Brood is actually not very fast, but beats AEther Adept because AEther Adept bounces itself if there are no other creatures to target, which is the main downside. I think Hedron Crab would outrace Altar of the Brood.

Biovisionary is risky. Dual color means you need to get lucky on land drops, and it isn't really that fast. I wouldn't say ban for being overpowered, but it is quite the troll strategy.

Mind Sculpt could be mean, but definitely loses epic hard to Bloodghast and maybe Gravecrawler.

Courser doesn't seem aggressive enough, and the lifegain isn't very overwhelmingly fast.

Would Merfolk be too powerful? Similarly with other tribal strategies.

Vexing Devil needs to be banned hard

Vexing Devil seems crazy good.

Cards that grow eachother like pack rat, merfolks, relentless rats, and muscle sliver are pretty good strategies, and I'm unsure if they're ban-worthy. How would I ban all of them? There are too much of them. I feel like Boros Reckoner defeats most of them, and Reckoner would therefore be a cornerstone of the metagame.

Mind Sculpt sucks. You have to hit 9, and that's never gonna happen.

Goblin Guide Could work.

Hey, we have a developing metagame! Tribal aggro decks that are fought off by Boros Reckoner, which in turn loses horribly to Kor Firewalker or something.

Mind Sculpt - You actually only need to hit 7, as that's 49 cards, which is plenty after your opponent has drawn an initial hand and then some as the game progresses. 7 casts on a two drop can win on turn 6, which is an appropriate speed, and may win.

Signal Pest is fairly easy to cast and hard to block.

Nightveil Specter Lots of fun against other blue/black/colorless decks =D

Would Laboratory Maniac ruin games by making them incredibly long and boring?

Scute Mod is hilarious, and not at all overpowered. Nice idea. :)

Mayor is a nice choice, as it does things on its own, and a lot of things at that. Very powerful in this format for sure.

GlistenerAgent I do like that we already have a sort of metagame forming. :)

Perhaps Banisher Priest could fair against some of these decks if it were a little bigger than 2/2.
