Shriekmaw seems like a really good deck, but definitely not unbeatable. :)

Laboratory Maniac loses to.. everything? lol..

Lightning Helix probably isn't good enough. Dual color would hurt for consistency, and you probably won't have enough of them to actually beat a creature deck. Keep in mind that creature decks will always be pumping out creatures. The second you can't one-for-one, they've probably beaten you. The lifegain might allow you to last long enough though, but again, dual color. Not tier 1 by any stretch, though possibly viable in some situations.

Flamekin Brawler Seems way too slow. If it were all creatures, maybe.

Are there any burn spells that are 2 mana for 4 damage?

Thunderous Wrath for burn.

Thunderous Wrath does seem rather ridiculous.

Timberpack Wolf? I'd be like pack rat, but the art would be cooler.

Oh god Thunderous Wrath needs a ban

Comeuppance is totally fair because of the mill decks! :(

Thunderous Wrath Like 55 and 5 lands. Its safe to mul to 1. Because guess what your next card is, 5 damage. And again, and again, and again.

I think Thunderous Wrath indeed needs a ban. It can win as early as turn 4, and only later if your opponent is playing lifegain, and they'd need quite a lot to keep up.

I feel that Slaughter Games may need banning, just on principle, even though it is obviously weak to <4-drop decks.

I feel the Extort Bear is a tad better, just for attacking possibilities

Also Nevermore for troll reasons

Ban Slaughter Games because it will cause the opponent to run out of cards first.

Let's see how many cards we can get banned! I have 2 banned so far (Vexing Devil & Thunderous Wrath).

I guess the most powerful version of the Meddling Mage cards would be Runed Halo.

Slaughter Games can be beaten by any creature that manages to stick to the field before Slaughter Games is resolved, but yeah I don't like it. Seems too degenerate.

I'm actually going to keep mine at Thrun, the Last Troll

November 23, 2014 9:45 p.m.

Runed Halo loses on the play, as you then will not be able to mill out an opponent who does nothing.

Perhaps if you mulligan'd down to 0 and then yolo'd it. Yeah that's probably too good.

Hordeling Outburst and cards like it could lead to some fun token decks.

Also; The 3 mana 2/2 with first strike that gives you a soldier?
