Mill your oponent to death, mill yourself to victory or other strange combos...
Core
The main engine is an infinite combo, Unburial Rites to Angel of Glory's Rise, Fiend Hunter exiles angel, and Cartel Aristocrat sacrifices fiend hunter bringing back to game the angel, plus all humans and the fiend hunter to exile the angel again. We need 4 of each to ensure the combo.
Milling
The next piece, is a consistant milling engine to fill the graveyard as soon as possible.

Win condition
The next step is a win condition because moving your creatures arround is not going to give you the victory. We need ETB human effects...
Fiend Hunter + Cartel Aristocrat = As response to Fiend Hunter ETB effect, you can sac the Fiend Hunter, and remove target creature permanently. Let the Fiend Hunter rest in peace waiting for the Angel...
Selhoff Occultist
+
Alchemist's Apprentice
+ Laboratory Maniac = Mill yourself and win. If they are countered or destroyed, you can repeat at instant speed (sac them, and bring them back again). And you can allways mill your oponent to death, just with selhoff Occulist!
Kessig Malcontents
= Direct damage to the face. Just that simple.
Mad Prophet
= You can draw and discard the entire deck until you hit some needed combo piece.Doomed Traveler = Cheap and easy way to get infinite tokens. Do it before your turn, and deal a deadly flying blow.
Cathedral Sanctifier
= Cheap and easy way to get infinite lifes. Later you can think how to win...Huntmaster of the Fells
= Infinite tokens and lifes in one single card. Great!
Azorius Arrester
/
Lyev Skyknight
= Easy infinite detentions, will hard lock you oponent.
Bitterheart Witch
= Funny infinite curses, but not really what we need.Burning-Tree Emissary + Devil's Play = Infinite mana and Boom! Just be careful with counters.Zealous Conscripts = inifinte permanent steal!! and you can sac oponent creatures XD And yes, you can untap lands so it means infinite mana!Disciple of Bolas = Infinite card drawing and lifes. Doesn't gives you the game, but helps to get there.Archaeomancer = Infinite instants or sorceries to hand. You can play it with fogs, counters, target or even masive removals (If Fiend Hunter leaves the battlefield, all creatures come again to the game)...Izzet Staticaster +
Nightshade Peddler
= Infinite creature destruction. Great, but needs a lot of colors...RGB
War Priest of Thune
= Infinite enchantment removal. Sphere of Safety?? Curses??
Ethereal Armor
?? no problem!
Special mention of:
Mass Appeal = Easy drawing playing lots of humans.Cavern of Souls = Name humans and fix your mana easily.Nephalia Drownyard,
Desolate Lighthouse
= Mill or discard engine.Angel of Glory's Rise + Fiend Hunter + Burning-Tree Emissary + Undercity Informer = Mill combo with 4 cards currently played
Worst scenario:
Losing Unburial Rites because a counter or a Deathrite Shaman (graveyard hate). Play just creatures and hard cast your Angel when need it, but it will not be an easy game. Check oponent lands before launching the combo (oom).
Other easy way to ruin the combo is killing the Angel or (even better) the Fiend Hunter with an instant removal, before you could remove it from game with Fiend Hunter (as response to ETB effect). Just a Tragic Slip could be enough to break the infinite combo.
Slaughter Games can end the fun really fast!
Blood Artist fu* off the strategy! Make use of your spare Fiend hunters...
Sideboard is crucial to change your game style and surprise your oponent.
Sideboard:
With all the milling spells, one possible approach, is to completly change the reanimation feature, for a more conventional Dimir deck. Instead of targeting yourself, focus on your oponent! Wow, this really looks like 2 decks in one :)
-4x Angel of Glory's Rise
-4x unburial rite
-2x
Cathedral Sanctifier
-2x Doomed Traveler
-1x
Alchemist's Apprentice
-1x
Selhoff Occultist
+2x Consuming Aberration
+3x
Dimir Charm
+4x Jace's Phantasm
+2x
Jace, Memory Adept
+3x Vampire Nighthawk
After the first game, all the graveyard hate of your oponent, will be near useless ;) It could be hard to predict this kind of twist.
