Pretty good if I end up splitting Enigma's Bant Flash into g/w aggro and a simic deck this would be the model of the simic deck

Cuting Sylvan Caryatid for Elvish Mystic : They are better on the curve and more agressive. Remember that attacking with lots of creature may allow you to alpha strike the oponnent with bioshift.

Not sure about Cloudfin Raptor . It's good evolver and evasive but I feel like an Aqueous Form migth just work better. Need some playtest !

I feel that the deck has enoug accelerators. Cutting Ordeal of Nylea for Mutant's Prey ? Mutant's Prey and Centaur Battlemaster just kill anything in the format, for one mana, leaving you with a fatty ready to punch.

Ranger's Guile and Mizzium Skin turn out to be actually very good with our Centaur Battlemaster They may provite great value against a MBC or control deck to protect and boost the Centaur Battlemaster to a maximum

Interesting, although the deck looks very Gold fish. I would definitely play Sylvan Caryatid Over Gyre Sage . The sage, in most scenarios, will do nothing on T3 since all creatures that can evolve it are 3CmC and over and it can't produce mana without +1/+1 counters on it.

Although Shipbreaker Kraken is a good casual card and can potentially be a limited bomb. If you plan on taking this to any FNMs the chances of you even playing him are much lower, let alone making him monstrous. I would recommend -1 Elvish Mystic -2 Gyre Sage -1 Shipbreaker Kraken and +3 Sylvan Caryatid +1 Prime Speaker Zegana . You can't count on her if you only run 1 of in the deck.

This is really nice +1

@Rugbyfh10 : Yeah, the Shipbreaker Kraken feels realy too slow and unnecessary. The Bident of Thassa already make a clear path for attakers, and the Prime Speaker Zegana is kind of a Sphinx's Revelation with a huge body as long as you have Horizon Chimera in play

Mutant's Prey is very good, but it assumes that my Centaur Battlemaster have already +1/+1 while Time to Feed deals with hexproof and stabilize a little.

I'll also playtest the two a little :)

Wow this is friggin beauty, I love it. My only thing is that there's no removal, but that shouldn't be a problem when you have huge ass monsters running around. Also you mght as well throw in 4x Breeding Pool with all the life you're gaining.

So far my playtest are not that great. The deck (mainboard) loose against Bx control (need to side more hexproof instants) and is somehow too slow vs RW aggro, the Boros Reckoner is an absolute pain in the ass, and it's not really possible to race the deck. But if you survive turn 6-7, there are good chances that you can stabilize and steal the win :)

@shiverman : Sure, there is roome for 4x Breeding Pool instead of the guildgates, it's just the budget version ;)For removals, I used to have some Mutant's Prey or Time to Feed mainboard, I cut them for some playtest. Pit Fight is also in the competition for the spot :)

You could sideboard Rapid Hybridization to deal with Boros Reckoner decks. It's also perfect against other problem big dudes. Archangel of Thune and Kalonian Hydra become 2/2 vanilla frog lizards? Yes please.

@Bellock86 Thanks ! Great suggestion ! I'll add it in side !

I like what you've done with this on a budget idea in mind. It's really fresh to see that kind of problem solving! +1

The only sticky situation I ran into is too many Bioshift in my hand at one time, no creatures to provide 1+1 counters

New update of the deck :

+Curse of the Swine : The only drawback is the sorcery speed. It manages nearly all the format hatebears : Chandra's Phoenix ? Exiled. Boros Reckoner ? Exiled. Voice of Resurgence ? Exiled (Yeah, fuck you Rootborn Defenses ).

And the list goes on : Desecration Demon , Blood Baron of Vizkopa , Aurelia, the Warleader , Stormbreath Dragon , Scavenging Ooze , Archangel of Thune and Loxodon Smiter

3 mana to manage one big threat ? Yes please! 4 mana for two ? Incredible !6+ Mana to destroy ennemy board presence ? Ridiculous.

+Voyaging Satyr +Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx -Sylvan Caryatid The satyr cost much less money and nearly do the same effect. He can also attack, wich mean one more card draw or the bioshift for the game. It also provide great value with Nykthos, allowing you to completely outmana aggro decks, and Curse of the Swine them to the slaugtherhouse :D

-Warriors' Lesson -Bioshift +Simic Charm +Give / Take : The lesson find too few targets :( where the simic charm always bring great utility. Give / Take is a great mid-or-late card. a 4/5 Cloudfin Raptor may seal the game if not managed quickly, and it can turn a game when two-halves-casted on aCentaur Battlemaster .

-Give / Take +Ordeal of Thassa : Nearly the same effect, but cheaper : more tempo.

It could work as a budget deck, but I can't see how this could work for competition. There are good cards in this deck, but they're not connected. I'm sorry but I can't see a clear strategy on this.

If you're running Simic on standart you could run an aggro-control deck. There are great cards on standard for this type of approach.

Thassa, God of the Sea , Spell Blast , Cancel , Negate and Boon Satyr are some examples of cards that could easilly have an space in your deck, but it all depends on the way you're planning to beat the opponent.

Cheers!

It's not a bad casual deck but I can't see it playing very competitively, it doesn't have much of a strategy. You have a bit of ramp but not too many bombs. You have 2 Prime Speaker Zegana and 4 Centaur Battlemaster and that's about it. Prophet of Kruphix is more of a support card who needs some big heavy's to cast to really be great. Cloudfin Raptor in this deck seems a bit out, since the most you'll probably evolve one to is 4 if you hit Prime Speaker Zegana . Given you like the idea of Bioshifting off the centaur it seems a bit odd that again you only have 2 Bioshift . Also Staunch-Hearted Warrior would be a good addition for if you don't draw Centaur. Also if you want to go ballistic on Heroic Triton Tactics is superb as it's surprise blockers that can trigger 2 creatures heroic.

Amazing Deck! +1 from me!My only suggestion would be, if you can afford it, using some Gyre Sage s, as they would give you more outlets for Bioshift as well as giving you some nice ramp.

I would cut 1 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and add 1 Forest . As you will already have mana ramp and Prophet of Kruphix . The advantage is outweighed by the chance of having a dead card and missing a land drop.

This is awesome. Since it's already so cheap for a budget build anyway, maybe Temple of Mystery and/or Polukranos, World Eater ?
