Really nice deck! Have you considered adding Vorel of the Hull Clade ? Also splashing in some black for Corpsejack Menace might be good.

I actually really like this, have you considered Renegade Krasis or Voyage's End ? They may help. Sideboard could use a Glaring Spotlight and Fade into Antiquity though.

I might play Give / Take if it's legal. if not, then your bishifts are un great number, consider reducing a couple

Cool deck, I really like the +1/+1 shifting you have going on. Maybe add in Hidden Strings for some double targeting heroic or Aqueous Form over the Ordeals to get your guys in there dealing damage and drawing cards for you?

Not bad, first of I'd swap 2x Bident of Thassa for 2x Bred for the Hunt . You will very rarely use Bidents second ability and if most of your attackers have counters Bred is cheaper and you can have multiple on the field at once. Next of drop the baconators (Curse of Swine), I've tried using them myself but found them to be too slow to be of any real use. They're more of a sideboard. Instead drop them for Triton Tactics . Surprise blockers with double heroic triggering. Also, mono-black is a powerhouse at the moment, I strongly recommend Witchstalker in your sideboard.

This is my very reliable Simic deck: Simic Monster Stock

I would switch Voyaging Satyr out for Sylvan Caryatid . It's more resilient and without any lands like Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx you would be better off getting one mana of any color than untapping a land.

I'm normally not a Simic fan, but I sure like this one. Well done. If you'd be so kind as to check out my current standard deck. Let me know what you think. . .

This is SPARTA!

Great deck, have you ever thought of including Master Biomancer ?

December 8, 2013 1:35 p.m.

you can use Artisan of Forms to get an extra Centaur Battlemaster or Staunch-Hearted Warrior . also Kalonian Hydra gives you mad bioshift opportunity with your existing path clearing. Also, Hidden Strings is good for tap and untap.

Solid deck, especially for a budget. I never even knew about Prime Speaker Zegana until now, so I might take this deck - throw in some Kalonian Hydra and shock lands and I'd mainboard Simic Manipulator . I think I'd just take this monster to my next FNM! +1 from me, mate.

Mhh, Hidden Strings may be stictly better than Triton Tactics . Recast each turn because my creatures are unblockable ? Madness heroic triggers ? Yes please !

Cast Hidden Strings , tap 2 defenders, cypher, re-cast to untap our attackers and trigger heroic. Or just triggers 4x heroic with double untap...

Only problem is the sorcery speed :(

It'll need some playtest :D

I love the combination of Horizon Chimera and drawing a ton of cards but you might want to add some cards like Divination that will let you draw cards without having to deal damage

Plasm Capture would be sweet, especially with Prophet of Kruphix since you don't have to pass your turn to keep it up and you're a little land light to begin with. Maybe Mistcutter Hydra too? I love Bioshift though! I also like your original idea of Ordeal of Thassa . It might even end up drawing you more cards than Bred for the Hunt and definitely makes your dudes better. +1 overall though!

I like your take on working with +1/+1 counters, heroic evolving! Using Bioshift on two Heroic creatures, awesome idea! +1

I like the budget idea. Especially that you run Horizon Chimera which I fell in love with the moment I saw it as I opened my first Theros pack.

You should definitely put in Progenitor Mimic if you can.

I dont think Centaur Battlemaster belongs. I understand that this is a budget deck but I think there are a lot more aggresively costed Simic cards that can do a lot more than the Battlemaster. Zameck Guildmage for instance could do a lot for your deck with card draw and pumping dudes as they ETB later in the game.

Master Biomancer would pump you extremely fast , since anything you play just comes in bigger. Also Door of Destinies mutant is fun with Master Biomancer

Not really my style of deck, but for 30 dollars, you cannot complain much. I can see this deck working well. I am sorry that I cannot give you any advice.
