Nice deck. But what about the looming threat of cards like Detention Sphere, Propaganda, and Wrath of God?

@ThePlatyJoeShow If I'm not mistaken, I believe this deck is built for Standard play, thus none of those cards are an issue.

I have been playing this deck for a few days, it is great, I would love to see it get all the way to a scoring of 200, I will enter this into the standard tournament that is soon, I give it another plus 1! I would still add bone splinters to the maybe board

I'm building a version with Ugin's Construct, though probably making it slightly less aggro for midrangish capabilities

Looking at both lists, budget and non-budget, I think I just replace Mist Intruder with Fathom Feeder and improve the mana base. Endless One doesn't contribute much to the high number of colorless strategy. If you really want an X cost creature, Hangarback Walker would just be nuts with Vile Aggregate on the board. Also, somewhere in the 75 Horribly Awry and Transgress the Mind are 4 ofs imo. This is a good deck that can trade up with the smaller aggro decks and has plenty of removal for the bigger threats the creatures can't handle. Ulamog's Nullifier and Brutal Expulsion are both options as unconditional counters and you have enough Ingest enablers.

For such an aggro deck, half the land enters the battlefield tapped, which slows it down a lot. I'm finding that with so many threat choices, in the early game, I don't need any specific color. I just need the mana to consistently get a threat out each turn. I kept the evolving wilds and swapped the others for basic lands

Agree with whiterice336: unless you can afford 8-12 fetchlands and 3-6 BFZ dual lands (and then I would probably throw in 1-2x Ruin Processor for lifegain), I think plain basics and some Evolving Wilds are far better than dual lifelands or trilands...

Awesome deck!!! Once this falls out standard, you could add Tomb of the Spirit Dragon for some serious life gain.

can someone help what would you do to this deck to beat abzan decks??? because everyone plays different abzan decks at my store?

chalkymonk I would remove 2 Swarm Surge adding 2 Processor Assault, add somre counters spells (For the abzan charms or dromoka commands).
And maybe some Duress, to get rid of the planeswalker or rhinos

Just wanted to share my experience from playing this deck in a standard tournament this past weekend. Firstly, this deck needs you to pick up a good starting hand (as do many). But my first advice would be if you don't pick up a one drop and a two drop in your starting hand, mull until you at least get one or the other. It should be noted that this was my first time playing the deck so I may have had a few tactical screw ups.
This deck handily beat a control deck with a Dragonlord Ojutai as the supposed damage dealer. That being said we played 3 games and he never really did anything until turn 6. It was only because he got a board wipe out in turn 5 and I proceeded to spend 4 or 5 turns drawing nothing but sorcery/instants (that I had sided in) that he was able to win the second game pinging me each turn with his one dragonlord. I did not think this (his deck) was a good representation of what typical competition in standard would look like.
My other two rounds were against W/G megamorph and Atarka Red. W/G megamorph we were able to keep pace with each other for the first 3 turns trading creatures but eventually his one and two drop rares with abilities outpaced what I could lay down. I ended up ultimately scooping when he had full board control and all I could do was lay down a power 1 vile aggregate. :-(
The Atarka Red was more varied and we went 3 full games as opposed to the W/G megamorph. It really depended on the draw (as do so many) as I didn't really have any trouble trading blows with the creatures but ultimately failed to successfully side (or rather draw my counterspells) to prevent the burns. I won the second game because he seemed to have a bad draw and bad pickups for the first few turns and I was able to get a quick board control. I would say I won this game because I had the most advantageous pickup I had all day and he probably had his worst.
That being said, he (very experienced player) gave a look through the deck after we finished and seemed to be intrigued. He's thinking along the lines of in six months this could be a very viable standard deck. Also, thinking that the next block may play along the lines of the devoid and ingest mechanics a lot. Plus, it seems that WOTC is trying to slow the game down in standard so thinking that 4 turn games may be less common in the future giving this deck a greater chance to succeed.
My last round was against a potpourri deck that probably cost half a grand. There was no strategy, just play the most expensive cards (planeswalkers, siege rhinos, fetches, etc.) I had no idea where he was coming from so it was hard to defend against and I ultimately got trampled death by siege rhinos and creature destroyed by Ob.
Another note, I had 4 Bloodstained Mires and 4 Polluted Deltas in here and I don't think the fetches are worth it. I never had a turn when I was mana strapped and the only turns I had nothing to play was when I top decked myself and had no creatures on the board. Tango lands were however helpful.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to holding onto this deck for some casual play with my friends but probably won't play it in a standard tournament until the next cycle at least.
Here's some Pros/Cons:
Pros:- Deck can be a fast tempo when limited to BFZ- Ingest proves to be really annoying and helpful in the early game (forced a lot of fetches to be exiled)- Always had enough mana with a 3 drop being the highest I ever needed to play
Cons:- Small drops down't have the mechanics that the "mature" (and rare) standard small drops do- Can't beat the burn- Can't keep pace with "mature" up tempo standard decks
I'm looking at this deck to form a base of a standard deck with a different strategy. Initially I'm thinking Land destruction since the Ingest will happily exile cards at random. Combine this with Crumble to Dust, Grip of Desolation, and Herald of Kozilek and there might be some tempo breaking synergy. Needs some more time in the oven but that's my current train of thought. Oblivion Sower and Sire of Stagnation seem like natural end games in this deck but I have a hard time bridging the one and two drop turn plays to the 5 and 6 turns (if you're lucky).

I took this to my LGS for FNM this Friday: Round 1: Abzan Midrange 0-2. This was a very Experienced player, and he'd probably spent a good $5-600 on it. Game 1 I got out early and took him to 4, but his clutch Siege Rhino got him out of striking range. Next turn he dropped a Wingmate Roc after swinging with the rhino, and I wasn't able to keep up. Game 2 he subbed in his control package, but the game lasted awhile due to my ingesting 2 Deathmist Raptors, a Hangarback Walker and a Den Protector, depriving him of gas. Round 2: Bye (yay!).Round 3: Hardcore Temur 1-2. (the guy's quote: "none of that Atarka Red bullshit.") Game 1 I was perfectly on tempo, killing his Sarkhan Unbroken with Mist Intruders after Processor Assaulting the dragon token, then dropping 2x Vile Aggregate and swinging him out early. Games 2-3 I was sabotaged with 2 straight Tide Drifters and him dropping a ferocious Feed the Clan each game. Basically, this deck needs to be a) faster, or b) slightly more controlly.

Foul-Tongue Shriek could be an interesting choice for this deck.

I have a slightly more controlly version. Similar style, but can go toe to toe with even seige rhinos. Though throwing multiple of those, and the new have is pain.

Thank you SO much, I've been trying different drone decks and this one works! What do you think about Nettle Drone, they can be pretty powerful if you're casting multiple spells at once due to herald of kozilek's discount.
Thanks!

Dust Stalker would be great in this deck, as well as Barrage Tyrant if you can't directly kill their creatures.

hi, very nice, +1
I have been pondering literally like 5 different decks for post rotation and one of them was a loose idea of aggro devoid creatures, mostly RB... I really liked the blue drones and Eldrazis and was not sure to mix them with pure RB aggro creatures...
I will be definitely implementing my own version of this. I agree the card drawing of the blue eldrazi ant is paramount.
How about Bonded Construct and Ghostfire Blade?
