Hey, what's black and white and read all over? This deck. Letters to the editor are encouraged - that is, I'd love for some feedback / constructive criticism.
I've been in love with the combination of RBW since pre-Gatecrash, and this is my work-in-progress after an obscene amount of rough drafts. Sometimes I try to pull off crazy stunts brewed in a fever dream - most notably Oblivion Ring on my own Obzedat, Ghost Council before casting Worldfire. This list, however, is a more serious attempt.
This deck ideally hits early removal - Pillar of Flame + Searing Spear - to remove your opponent's turn 1-2 plays.
From then on, it's a lot of stalling and life gain thanks to Vampire Nighthawk (who can trade with any creature) + Rhox Faithmender (who can safely block Boros Reckoner as well as most creatures without flying). Activating Vault of the Archangel with Rhox Faithmender out is always plus.
