Strategy:

Use speed and evasion to poison the opponent. Most creatures have evasion (Blighted Agent, Plague Stinger) or other mechanics that discourages blockers (Ichorclaw Myr, Phyrexian Crusader).

Virulent Wound helps remove obstacles.

Frost Breath can both remove blockers and keep your opponents biggest attackers out of an attack-phase. This can really turn a damage-race in your favor.

Use the pump spells (Distortion Strike, Virulent Swipe) to deal more damage. Both have rebound and works well with Livewire Lash

For the late game you have Hand of the Praetors to boost your forces.
